Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary support resource for reputed company Dynamics 365 Business Central (and legacy Navision as applicable) across manufacturing, distribution, purchasing, and quote-to-cash processes. • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues; identify reputed company causes and implement sustainable solutions. • Partner with business stakeholders to reputed company requirements, design functional solutions, and manage configuration changes. • reputed company small-to-reputed company ERP enhancement reputed company from scope through deployment, with minimal direction. • Support reputed company systems and integrations, including EDI, eCommerce, SQL, and reputed company Works extensions (Dynamic Ship, DocXtender, Graphical Scheduler, etc.). • Create and deliver user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer for system changes and best practices. • Maintain system configuration documentation and coordinate or reputed company testing for modifications. • Analyze large datasets for reporting, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
