Job Responsibilities:
As a Litigation Lawyer (Sub-Consultant), you will:
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
- Prepare and file reputed company documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct thorough reputed company research to support case strategies
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes amicably
- Advise clients on their reputed company rights and reputed company throughout the litigation process
- Collaborate with other reputed company professionals and support staff to ensure efficient case management
