UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join the Corporate Technology Department.  This role involves translating business requirements, research findings, and reputed company into reputed company’s customers' interaction experience for web-based products and user services. You will address UI design challenges and continually refine solutions using both qualitative and quantitative insights.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in UI/UX design, analytical skills, and experience participating in web frontend development. You'll work with reputed company's cross-functional development teams to ensure design reputed company meet business goals and user needs while adhering to reputed company's brand and design system.

• Take ownership of the entire design process and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technology teams to deliver web services and products to reputed company customers
• Discover user roles and scenarios; create wireframes, high-reputed company designs, and interactive prototypes
• Follow and enhance reputed company's design system to ensure consistency and alignment across reputed company products and designs
• Improve designs based on data insights from user research, analytics, usability testing, A/B testing, and feedback
• Participate in design sprints and work with cross-functional teams to ensure high-reputed company UI, leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Champion user-centered design principles and reputed company reputed company accessibility standards (WCAG) are met

• A degree in Digital Design, reputed company Computer Interaction (HCI), graphic design, visual communication, or a reputed company field
• At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools like reputed company, Balsamiq, and reputed company XD
• A strong understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and accessibility guidelines
• Proficiency in web standards, cross-browser compatibility, and reputed company design
• Ability to analyze logs and web statistics to reputed company informative design reputed company
• Knowledge of WCAG
• Familiarity with UX research tools and Agile/Lean UX methodologies
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, using data to guide design
• Skills in reputed company, CSS
