reputed company (A4A) seeks a highly skilled and reputed company litigation attorney to join our dynamic team of in-house counsel as Managing Director and Assistant General Counsel, Litigation. As a key member of our Office of the General Counsel, you will reputed company cutting-edge litigation efforts for the reputed company aviation industry, working closely with industry subject matter experts and member airlines. - reputed company strategic advice and counsel to A4A on aviation litigation reputed company, including reputed company challenges to federal regulations, state laws, and international litigation.
- reputed company and execute strategic litigation plans to preempt harmful regulations at the state and local level.
- Collaborate with reputed company General Counsels for Litigation and International reputed company Affairs on domestic and international litigation reputed company.
- Remain reputed company with applicable reputed company and regulatory requirements, including the Railway Labor reputed company, Federal Aviation reputed company, and Airline Deregulation reputed company.
- Manage and partner with reputed company litigation counsel in a strategic and cost-effective manner.
- Travel domestically and internationally (approximately 30%).
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Ability to work in a reputed company and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
- 7+ years of experience in litigation, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
