Job Summary:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide exceptional service via phone. You will troubleshoot problems, listen to customer concerns, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities:
- Handle customer technical inquiries and resolve issues via phone
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking problems
- Provide information about products and services
- Record customer interactions and actions taken
- Research answers and solutions as needed
- Refer customers to supervisors or managers when necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic IT knowledge and strong keyboarding skills
- Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology
- Customer-facing experience (phone, chat, in-person, etc.)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
