Remote Call Center & Customer Service Representative Opportunity

Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced Call Center & Customer Service Representative to work remotely from anywhere in CA, TX, or AZ. This is a temporary-to-hire position with a duration of 6 months or more, offering a competitive pay rate of $16/hr on W2. As a remote team member, you will be required to work a schedule of 7AM to 7PM PST, Monday through Friday, and have a reliable laptop/computer, wired internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web-based portal, providing information on programs and services
- Record customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Address customer inquiries and resolve problems, ensuring that appropriate changes are made
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
- Communicate with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns
- Perform data entry accurately and perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required, Associate degree preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all information
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for an extended period
- 1 year of experience in call center and customer service required
