About the Role:
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 6 months - 1 year of high-volume inbound call center experience (non-script based preferred) and customer service experience with problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Skills: Ability to analyze problems, recommend efficient solutions, and provide exceptional customer service
