We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated AirCover Operational Success Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. Job Responsibilities:

As an AirCover Operational Success Analyst, your primary focus will be on ensuring our operations team has the capabilities, resources, and mindset to thrive and succeed in a rapidly growing business environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Cross-functional collaboration and partnership with internal and external leaders to drive operational excellence
• Conducting root cause analysis and identifying areas for improvement to enhance our operational performance
• Developing and implementing best practices, playbooks, and standards to drive consistency and quality
• Providing operational insights and analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth
• Collaborating with other AirCover leads to implement global projects and support the expansion of our work to our larger partner network

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in operational analysis, process improvement, or a related field
• Strong project management skills, with experience in operation change management and analysis
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills, with the ability to create clear and comprehensive playbooks and documents
• Demonstrated capacity for learning and adaptability, with a history of staying open to new situations and challenges
• Bachelor's degree with a quantitative background
• Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Project Management Professional (PMP), or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are a plus
