Manager, Analytics (Remote Part-Time Opportunity)

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical professional to join our team as a Manager, Analytics. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and optimization through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Job Summary:

  • Support our paid media analytics capability to surface data-driven opportunities for business growth and optimization
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to identify areas for improvement and develop reporting and analytics to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain KPIs and scorecards to track progress and performance
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders through tailored reporting and analysis

About You:

  • Autonomous, insightful, and analytical self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to analyze complex data to inform business decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver reporting and insights in the area of paid media analytics
  • Design and lead the development of analytics, BI, and data science solutions to optimize paid media spend and improve marketing efficiencies
  • Collaborate with paid media data science teams and marketing teams to implement media mix models
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide recommendations to drive business growth and optimization
  • Utilize tools such as SQL, MicroStrategy, Tableau, and Excel to create and maintain reports and dashboards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., data science, business, economics, statistics, mathematics)
  • Experience in business intelligence, analytics, or consulting in an e-commerce environment or related field
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SAS)
