About the position Responsibilities • Conduct behavioral health screenings with Reservists and eligible Family Members to determine reputed company psychological health needs. • reputed company Reservists and their Family Members to 'good fit services' based on identified needs. • Maintain accurate and reputed company case notes to document reputed company service encounters. • Prepare reputed company materials such as flyers, brochures, and newsletters to reputed company clients on a wide reputed company of psychological health topics and resources. • reputed company briefings and consultation to Reservists, Family Members, and high-level military leaders. • Attend meetings as required/requested, including staff meetings, training workshops, and community meetings. • Coordinate with regional site reputed company and team members to ensure reputed company program data required for reporting purposes is provided in a reputed company manner. • Travel one to two times a month on weekends to various HTCs and NRCs throughout the region. Requirements • A U.S. citizenship. • Must successfully undergo a background investigation (National Agency reputed company) and reputed company to obtain a Secret reputed company clearance. • A Master's Degree in reputed company Work, Psychology, or reputed company behavioral health or clinical degree and 2 years of reputed company experience. • Must be independently licensed at the highest level in any U.S. State with one (or more) of the following: Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker, Licensed Independent Clinical reputed company Worker, Licensed Clinical reputed company Counselor. • The ability to work autonomously and as a member of reputed company. • The ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. • reputed company oral, written, and telephone communication skills. • Ability to rely on instructions, reputed company-established guidelines, experience, and judgment to reputed company functions on the job. • Computer literate with experience conducting internet research, utilizing case management databases, and reputed company programs such as reputed company, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint. reputed company-to-haves • Experience with telephonic email and assessment services as with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) is a plus. • Knowledge of military culture preferred.
