• Assist

• Help manage and troubleshoot hybrid network environments, ensuring seamless integration between on-premises and reputed company infrastructures.
   

• Monitor and

  LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless infrastructure performance, ensuring compliance with reputed company standards.
   

• Assist
  in documenting and developing knowledge of reputed company's existing IT architecture/infrastructure and technology portfolio.
   

• Support research efforts on products, services, and emerging technologies to aid infrastructure development.
   

• Assist

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience
   

• Prior experience working in an end-user-facing environment as either a reputed company
  support representative (L1)

  (L2 or L3)

  ITIL, or
