Technical Assistant – Systems & Marketing Support

About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Technical Assistant to support our marketing, sales, and operations teams through systems building, automation, and data integrity. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who thrives behind the scenes—making everything run seamlessly.
Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot back-end sales & marketing funnel systems (webinar platforms, CRMs, nurturing sequences)
Operate within GoHighLevel and HubSpot to manage pipelines, automations, and email workflows
Support team operations through smooth provisioning, platform access, and account transitions
Create systems and automations to reduce human error and increase scalability
Own CRM data consistency across multiple touchpoints
Build dashboards, charts, and reports from clean, centralized data
Work cross-functionally to bring technical support to campaigns and team projects
Stay proactive by identifying and solving system bottlenecks before they surface
Must-Have Skills
Strong experience in HubSpot CRM (Deals, Workflows, Contacts, etc.)
Familiarity with GoHighLevel, or ability to learn it quickly
Competence in automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n)
Ability to organize and manage structured data (spreadsheets, CRM exports, tags)
Understanding of basic marketing tech setups (UTM tracking, embed codes, domain config)
English fluency and clear communication across remote teams
Nice-to-Have
Email deliverability know-how
Tableau, Power BI, or SQL exposure
Interest in working with mission-led founders & brands
