Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences
- Engage directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms to address their concerns, answer questions, and provide solutions.
- Research and problem-solve to determine the root cause of customer issues and implement effective resolutions that meet their needs.
- Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers by providing personalized support, anticipating their needs, and delivering exceptional service that exceeds their expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including pharmacy operations and customer care, to ensure seamless issue resolution and continuous improvement.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and company policies to provide accurate and informed support to customers.
Essential Qualifications: What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed to meet business demands and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Ability to pass a background check for KY Rx Tech license, as required by the state of Kentucky.
- A commitment to being your best self and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
