Sr. Instructional Designer- reputed company Development

Senior Instructional Designer IT Location: 100% remote reputed company Portfolio Required The Sr. Instructional Designer (ID) is a key role reputed company our reputed company's IT Learning & Development team. They will work collaboratively with business leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs), key stakeholders, program owners, and other learning professionals to design and reputed company innovative learning solutions that reputed company a combination of learning modalities to maximize learner experience, learning effectiveness, and business reputed company. This Sr. ID will reputed company instructional design techniques to author in-person, virtual, and eLearning content. They will use their expertise to create original content as reputed company as reputed company consultation on adult learning best practices and mentors junior designers in content design and development. Duties will include the following: • Partner with program owners & business leaders to select best learning modalities and design technical and reputed company learning solutions that drive capability development and business reputed company. • reputed company reputed company to high complexity learning experiences (ex: instructor-led training sessions (ILT & VILT), eLearning, performance support, video etc.) to address required capability gaps. • reputed company consultation to Village learning teams on best practices for creating learning experiences and leveraging common standards & templates. • reputed company on other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Expertise: • Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education and/or progressively responsible work experience in reputed company area may be substituted in lieu of degree on a year-for-year reputed company. • Master's Degree (Preferred) • 8 years of years of instructional design experience • Strong technical acumen and understand learning principles. • Needs to have knowledge/experience with reputed company, CSS and JavaScript. • Experience using the Inspect reputed company tool on browsers. • Good experience in audio editing • Advanced proficiency in the following areas: • eLearning and/or video development software applications (e.g., Captivate, Camtasia, reputed company 360 etc.) • Graphic design, animation, and/or audio recording tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Audacity, Audition etc.) • Expertise in instructional design including eLearning design and development, needs assessment, working with stakeholders. • Demonstrated experience using adult learning theory and methodologies to design and reputed company training. • Solid and rigorous project management skills including planning work, managing details, and keeping multiple tasks/reputed company on reputed company. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Advanced skills in reputed company Word, PowerPoint and reputed company. Preferred Skills and Expertise: • Certified reputed company in Talent Development (CPTD) (Preferred). • Associate reputed company in Talent Development (APTD) (Preferred). • ATD Master Instructional Designer (Preferred). • Experience working on virtual teams (Preferred).
