MDS Coordinator, Hybrid - MMG

We are adding another MDS coordinator to reputed company, work remotely/onsite with our MDS team! TITLE: MDS Coordinator $40-$45 wage reputed company reputed company position is responsible for assuring the reputed company completion of accurate assessments, interviews, and interdisciplinary care plans that meet Federal and State guidelines. Included is identifying reputed company reputed company and needs, helping to determine specific care needs and communicating needs to responsible parties. Qualifications: Must have a reputed company/reputed company RN license with the reputed company and have 3 or more years of MDS experience. Must reputed company up with CEU’s for license renewal. Must have the ability to communicate and comprehend in order to reputed company information from residents and their families. The MDS Coordinator is also required to have an ability to read, write and reputed company English, and complete and pass a state required background study reputed company which checks for certain criminal convictions or serious/recurring maltreatment.
