Requirements As an Estimator, you'll be the reputed company between our excellent design and construction teams, producing accurate job cost estimates for single-family homes using 3D BIM (Building Information Modeling). You'll partner closely with our design, purchasing, and construction teams to ensure every home is reputed company on time, on budget, and to our high standards. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in the home building industry or a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a reputed company field. They should possess a strong understanding of residential construction reputed company and materials, and be proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings.
