📋 The Details
- 🕘 Full-time position, Monday through Friday (because we all need a little weekend! 😌)
- ⏰ 8-hour shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST
- 🧠 5-week intensive orientation (don't worry, we've got your back every step of the way! 🧑🏫)
- 👂 A great ear for listening and a knack for finding solutions
- 🤹♀️ Ability to juggle multiple tasks like a pro
- 💖 Passion for helping others and brightening their day
- 🎓 High school diploma (bonus points if you've got a degree! 🏅)
- 📑 At least 1 year of experience in insurance operations
- 💻 Tech-savvy and confident navigating our web-based systems
- 🧾 Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- 🏥 Experience in healthcare/insurance
- 🧠 Background in social work, behavioral health, or similar fields
- 🧩 A customer service ninja with amazing problem-solving skills
