Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact between business and IT partners to ensure that business requirements are well-documented and technical solutions are transformed to meet business strategies.
  • Conduct requirement-elicitation meetings with stakeholders, including users, developers, system design architects, system integrators, and vendors to understand critical needs, pain points, and business impact.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create process models, user epics/stories, and initial use case surveys/use cases that drive business outcomes.
  • Understand business and technical dependencies between business areas and within systems that support or may be impacted by middle office functionality.
  • Perform planning and scoping for multiple inter-related initiatives to help senior-level stakeholders make informed decisions about which initiatives to tackle and how.
  • Elicit, document, and manage business requirements to ensure that technical solutions meet business needs.
  • Facilitate and drive issue resolution and retrospectives between stakeholders to ensure timely and effective solutions.
  • Develop expert knowledge of platform systems and help define 'To Be' system solutions and flows that drive business growth.
  • Handle complex, high-profile projects across multiple domains, systems, and stakeholders.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks to meet business objectives.
  • Support business implementation processes for new and enhanced system features.
  • Participate in biweekly recurring production evening release activities to ensure smooth deployment.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Proven experience in managing business requirements and technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered a plus:

  • Experience in managing complex, high-profile projects.
  • Knowledge of platform systems and technical dependencies.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and iterative development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits

We're offering a competitive hourly rate of $54.37 - $59.37 per hour for this contract opportunity. As a Randstad Digital employee, you'll also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including:
