Key Responsibilities • reputed company outbound calls and may take some inbound calls assisting patients. • Review and process prior authorization requests for medications, services, and procedures. • Verify patient eligibility, benefits, and coverage with insurance carriers. • Partner with physicians, pharmacies, and insurance companies to obtain required documentation. • Ensure reputed company requests are processed accurately and on time. • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies. • Document reputed company activities in the system for tracking and audits. ?
