About the Role

As a Remote PART TIME EVENING CSR, you'll play a critical role in handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as email communication, to inform shareholders about inaccurate voting information. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your customer service skills, work independently, and be part of a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle 100-300 phone calls daily on an autodialer, ensuring effective communication with shareholders.
• Respond to inbound and outbound calls, as well as email communication, in a professional and timely manner.
• Contact shareholders to inform them about inaccurate voting information and provide necessary guidance.
• Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency while working in a remote environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 6 months of customer service or data entry experience, with a proven track record of handling high-volume calls and providing excellent customer service.
• A high school diploma or GED, demonstrating a solid educational foundation.
• Your own equipment, including a laptop/computer and USB-connected headset (Windows 10/11 only), to ensure seamless communication and productivity.

Schedule and Work Arrangement

This is a part-time remote position, with a schedule of:

• 6pm-11pm EST, Monday-Thursday.
• 12pm-6pm EST, Saturday.
• 30 unpaid lunch break.
• Total hours: 26 hours per week, without overtime.

You'll have the flexibility to work from home, with the autonomy to manage your schedule and work environment.
