- Handle a high volume of contacts, including an estimated 50-60 phone calls per shift, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Display reliability and dedication to being present and on time for your complete shift every day, with proactive communication and planning in case of sudden occasions or troubles
- Empathetically help clients navigate a variety of post-order issues, including transportation questions, damages, returns, replacements, meeting services, and order notifications
- Provide a high-quality customer experience, presenting solutions that work fine for our clients, and making a meaningful impact on their lives
- Utilize your decision-making capabilities to assist our clients, with the support of our comprehensive training program and ongoing development opportunities
