About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Software Developer/Data Analyst. This is a remote position ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, data, and building scalable digital solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop software applications, analyze data sets, and drive business decisions through data-driven insights.Key Responsibilities:As a Software Developer:• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications.• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers.• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues.• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices.As a Data Analyst:• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights.• Build dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.• Work with SQL and Python/R for data manipulation and analysis.• Support decision-making by presenting data findings to stakeholders.• Collaborate with data engineers and business units to align data strategy.Requirements:Technical Skills:• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.• Experience with front-end (React, Angular) or back-end (Node.js, Django) frameworks.• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.• For Data Analyst roles: experience with tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.Soft Skills:• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.• 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred (internships count).• Open to recent graduates with strong project or internship experience.Benefits:• Flexible working hours.• Fully remote work setup.• Health insurance and paid time off.• Opportunities for upskilling and career advancement.Apply Job!
