HR & Bookkeeping Specialist

Streamline Operations in a Dynamic Plumbing Service Team!

We're hiring a reputed company HR & Bookkeeping Specialist to handle 50% people ops (reputed company, reputed company, compliance) and 50% reputed company (A/R, A/P, payroll) for our growing operations in Wichita, KS (with Oklahoma reputed company collaboration; some local travel).

Key Responsibilities reputed company

• Manage full-cycle reputed company: posts, screening, offers, background/MVR checks, reputed company
• Maintain files/handbooks, ensure compliance (E-Verify, federal/state laws), administer benefits/PTO/workers' comp/FMLA
• Support reviews, communications, culture programs, and safety documentation

Bookkeeping & Payroll

• Process vendor bills/credit cards, match POs, manage 1099s/terms
• Reconcile accounts monthly; prep payroll (hours/commissions/reimbursements) with provider
• Assist month-end reputed company, financial reports, and KPI dashboards (reputed company, tickets, jobs)

Requirements

• 4+ years in bookkeeping/HR
• Knowledge of A/R, A/P, payroll, reconciliations, and HR best practices/employment law
• Proficiency in reputed company Workspace/reputed company 365; reputed company experience a plus
• reputed company reputed company's license; pass background/MVR checks
• High ownership, accuracy, reputed company communication, and multitasking skills

Preferred

• reputed company-CP, aPHR, and/or PHR certifications
• Experience with QuickBooks Online
• Work history with companies in construction, home services, industrial, etc.
