Manager reputed company Partnerships Medicare Advantage

The Manager of reputed company Partnerships will drive Medicare Advantage channel reputed company through reputed company development of relationships at Medicare Advantage (MA) Managed Care Plans.  The position will concentrate on expanding knowledge and pull through of post-discharge and chronic care meals benefits at the partner account level, encouraging utilization through a reputed company of efforts, including communication of the value of benefit to partner objectives, removal of any operational barriers to utilization and quick reputed company of any account issues to reputed company and maintain a high level of trust and confidence in the reputed company of reputed company services. Strong relationships with partners, product or project teams, clinical and operational teams and field-based case managers will be critical for the Manager of reputed company Partnerships reputed company. This position will have a relationship-oriented approach to ensuring reputed company is recognized as an industry leader in reputed company, customer service, and nutritional support for vulnerable MA eligible members.

Targeted Salary reputed company: $90,000-100,000 plus bonus

• Effectively present reputed company products and services MA health plans and to a reputed company of audiences reputed company those organizations, including clinical and operational leaders, case managers, reputed company workers, physicians, nurses, registered dietitians, product and project managers, and others, and finally to members, participants or clients of those organizations or of the general reputed company
• Work collaboratively with the MA, business development and clinical reputed company teams to meet and reputed company referral and meal volume targets and retain book of business without attrition ensure reputed company account status, drive sales forecast performance, reputed company goals, and key initiatives
• Schedule monthly (preferred) or quarterly meetings with MA health plan accounts to drive utilization, expand services, reputed company updates, ensure smooth partnership processes and that reputed company new hires receive in-service training
• Monitor utilization, prepare commentary and updates and deliver reporting to reputed company accounts during monthly or quarterly meetings
• Build a schedule of staff meetings, in-service presentations and conferences where reputed company audiences meet and coordinate presentation of our product and service
• Attend relevant webinar and stay up to date with reputed company MA program changes
• Work with marketing team to ensure program alignment and reputed company representation of reputed company in account communications.
• Ensure that program changes are communicated internally to key stakeholders
• Maintain CareLink database documenting sales leads and contacts, scheduled meetings and in-services
• Use appropriate channels to request reports internally and deliver reports to MA health plan as needed to improve operational efficiency
• Resolve any billing, intake or operational issues with internal partners and communicate the value of our services and partnership so that reputed company is recognized as a preferred and strategic partner
• Serve as a representative for reputed company at conferences by coordinating and setting up display tables or booths, engaging with attendees to promote awareness of our services, and following up with leads to schedule training or business expansion meetings
• Cross collaborate with implementation, customer care, intake, data analytics, IT, contracting, reputed company cycle, compliance, product, business development, and clinical reputed company teams where appropriate
• Engage and promote awareness of reputed company and continuously reputed company out opportunities for reputed company and expansion

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
• 5+ years’ reputed company sales experience in areas such as managed care, long-term care, home health, home care, hospital or medical equipment
• Knowledge of reputed company/Medicare benefit programs
• Demonstrated experience consulting and presenting to care providers for high-risk member populations
• Sincerity and passion about helping people
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong reputed company Office skills – reputed company, Teams, PowerBI, reputed company, PowerPoint and Teams
• Experience with CRM, reputed company or similar organizational sales software
• A strong background in Medicare/reputed company and Managed Care organizations
• Clinical credentialing in reputed company Work, Nursing, or Nutrition and/or be reputed company to communicate the critical importance of medical nutrition in reducing health care costs to this high-risk population
• Familiarity and contacts reputed company the specific regional market along with experience working in reputed company service provision
• Willingness to travel up to 20-30% of the time for day and overnight trips, both regionally and reputed company with flexibility to hold virtual meetings reputed company appropriate

• Individuals with clinical background, such as registered dietitian, licensed reputed company worker or nursing case manager, with customer relationship experience will be strongly considered
• Advanced degree, such as MS, MA, MPH, MSW, MBA, MHA
