About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from patients who are in need of life-sustaining medications. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from patients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure timely delivery of life-sustaining medications
  • Resolve patient inquiries on the first call, including prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
  • 6+ months of high-volume call center experience, with a strong track record of resolving complex customer needs over the phone
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, and other applications
  • A verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • 6 months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone
  • Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range for this role, with a minimum of $17.02 and a maximum of $27.16 per hour.
