Anticipated Compensation: $24 - $28 per hour This is a remote position working one day per week on-site at our Pueblo, CO office (must reputed company reputed company commuting distance of office). Schedule: Monday – Friday, daytime business hours The Authorization and Orders reputed company is responsible for reviewing authorization requests, ensuring compliance with state and agency requirements, and coordinating patient services with providers, patients, and families. The role also includes documentation, chart audits, and support with orders management. In This Role, You Will • reputed company evaluation of clients receiving services under a medically approved Plan of Care. • Collaborate with internal staff and external providers to coordinate patient care. • reputed company clinical reviews of authorization requests using appropriate reputed company. reputed company accurate and complete documentation with rationale used to approve requests. • reputed company supporting documentation (letters of medical necessity, specialist notes, history & physicals, etc.) for PAR submissions. • reputed company and maintain clinical information in multiple health management systems. • Prepare reputed company histories to reputed company services or guide changes in level of service, considering family relationships and meaning of illness to the reputed company/family. • Conduct chart audits for compliance and process incoming faxes. • Participate in case conferences, department meetings, and other agency initiatives. • Write and review orders in alignment with licensure.
