What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct utilization management reviews such as prior authorizations and coverage exceptions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy degree

- Minimum of two years of experience in retail, managed care, or clinical pharmacy
