We are seeking motivated and reliable Customer Service Representatives to join reputed company in a remote reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a reputed company customer experience-reputed company from the comfort of your home.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats in a reputed company and friendly manner.
- Assist customers with account questions, billing issues, product/service information, and troubleshooting.
