Key Responsibilities
As a Network Integration Engineer at Workwarp, your primary focus will be on providing systems engineering support for the design, development, fabrication, integration, testing, maintenance, and continual enhancement of Army ground combat vehicle systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a combined project team of government and contract employees, ensuring that all projects are completed to a high standard and meet directed delivery dates to fulfill fielding requirements.
- Identifying, engineering, implementing, and verifying new designs and configurations of System Integration Benches, test hardware, cables, and harnesses to enhance usability and maintainability.
- Providing electrical, mechanical, and software support to Combat Vehicle system bench planning, design, development, and execution, utilizing your expertise to overcome challenges and improve system performance.
- Working in a team environment with our Army customer and DCS Engineers, fostering collaborative relationships and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and working towards common goals.
- Coordinating with government personnel to plan, coordinate, and execute system bench activities, maintaining open lines of communication and ensuring that all activities are well-organized and efficiently executed.
- Maintaining current system bench configurations and assets, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in the field to ensure that our systems remain cutting-edge.
- Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving problems encountered with system bench equipment and/or configurations, using your analytical skills and technical expertise to identify and implement effective solutions.
- Developing Subject Matter Expertise on a variety of combat vehicle subsystems, continually expanding your knowledge and staying current with industry trends and advancements.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship, due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements and the need to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with at least 8 years of experience in a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in engineering principles and practices.
- Experience with embedded or on-board vehicle computer systems, such as Multi-Function Displays, Power Distribution and Management, Drivers Vision, or SA Enhancement, and familiarity with Systems Engineering and Software Engineering processes.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following: LabVIEW, CAN Bus, MIL-STD 1553, Ethernet, Serial Bus Interfaces, and experience with DoD C4ISR Systems, such as BFT, SINCGARS, WIN-T, and/or familiarity with Network Operations or Tactical Intranet.
- Ability to travel to various customer and contractor facilities and test centers (approximately 10% travel), flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with US Army Ground Combat Vehicle System Electronics Hardware and Software, providing a deeper understanding of the specific systems and technologies used in this field.
- Experience in Information Assurance, Computer Security, Risk Management Framework for Ground Combat/Military Systems, demonstrating a strong understanding of the security aspects of C5ISR systems.
- Familiarity with military communications equipment for Ground Combat Vehicles, and experience working with similar systems or technologies.
