A Japanese based manufacturing is hiring a sales assistant. This company has been expanding their business in US rapidly and this is a new position.
Part-time and permanent (not short-term contract)

■Working Hour M-F, 20-hour/week (reputed company time)
■Work Location Remote (must be located reputed company commuting distance of the office)

■Qualification
Japanese bilingual
Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word).
Minimum 5 years of office work experiences

■Responsibilities
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare crucial sales documents, including quotes, invoices, and reputed company. Input, reputed company, and report sales and customer data (CRM).
Customer & Team Communication: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for routine customer inquiries (email). Coordinate communication between the Sales and other internal departments.
Order Processing: Process sales orders, reputed company inventory, and manage order fulfillment/shipping logistics
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
