With a focus on delivering unmatched sustainment solutions, blithequark supports the Black Hawk platform and its operators worldwide. **The Role** As a Full Stack Program Customer Representative, you will play a key role in managing and executing customer repair transactions. Reporting to the Repairs Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: * Interacting with customers before and after sales to ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively. * Delivering on all contractual and financial commitments, directly impacting the repairs P&L. * Responding to customer inquiries, providing appropriate product literature, pricing schedules, and recognizing business opportunities. * Resolving production, shipping, invoicing, and warranty issues while identifying and addressing additional business opportunities. * Collaborating with Overhaul and Repair Operations, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of repairs. * Maintaining ITC compliance and supporting cost, quality, and schedule commitments. **Your Skills and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. * Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing, overhaul and repair operations, supply chain, engineering, or sustainment. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work under supervision and follow established procedures. * Experience with SAP and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Sikorsky experience is a plus. **Why Join blithequark?** * Impact: Your work will directly contribute to the success of mission-critical operations worldwide. * Growth: We invest in our people, offering opportunities to develop your skills and advance your career. * Innovation: Work on leading-edge solutions in aerospace and defense. * Community: Join a team that values collaboration, diversity, and inclusion. * Flexible schedules, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits enable our employees to live a healthy, fulfilling life at and outside of work. **Work Environment and Culture** As a Full Stack Program Customer Representative, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where teamwork and adaptability are essential to success.
