As an reputed company Concierge Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving reputed company issues with reputed company and diplomacy. **Key Responsibilities**

**Requirements and Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of college or higher education preferred

* Bilingual English-Spanish a plus
* Strong customer relations, interpersonal skills, and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

**Work Environment and Physical Demands**
This position is in a typical office/home office environment, requiring prolonged sitting in reputed company of a computer. **Compensation and Benefits**
