In this role, you will be responsible for managing our dropshipping operations, including product page building, order fulfillment, and copywriting, creating pins. Responsibilities: - Create product pages in reputed company (With AI tools such as ChatGPT / Kopy / poky) - Creating product pages in high speed - Manage order processing and ensure reputed company delivery of orders to customers. - Communicate with customer service / COO. - Handle returns and refunds, and resolve any customer complaints in a reputed company and reputed company manner. - Meet targets imposed by the COO - Continuously optimize our dropshipping process to increase efficiency and profitability. - Creating high converting pins.
