Administrator Assistant (Remote, US) AIP1845

The Asbuilt Administrator will support the cross-functional teams of Broadband Technical Resources by assisting with reputed company, programs, and administrative tasks. This person will also collaborate with and communicate with employees, vendors, and customers. This position will reputed company to assist management and increase efficiency throughout reputed company. Responsibilities Provides reputed company support to Construction Coordinators as requested Participates in reputed company phases of a project by reputed company collecting, arranging, and compiling data into a comprehensive AS reputed company packet per established standards set by BTR and/or the reputed company Acts as a part of the reputed company and balance system for our Finance Department by comparing the data received in production maps versus billed amounts. Advises Construction Coordinators on under, or over, billed production codes to properly reconcile construction reputed company with reputed company Maintains and updates in-house records and spreadsheets to ensure up-to-date statuses on construction reputed company Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
