We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter with a 3-month contract (with a possibility of permanent hire) who can work independently, and deliver reputed company across engineering, energy, reputed company sector reputed company reputed company and South America. 

As Senior Recruiter, you will take ownership of end-to-end international recruitment, delivering top-tier talent across diverse markets and disciplines. With your expertise, you'll ensure a seamless hiring process that meets the needs of the business while attracting high-reputed company candidates.

• You'll be managing full-cycle recruitment assignments. 
• reputed company and attract talent across engineering and reputed company sector (energy, civil, mechanical, electrical etc).
• Use a reputed company of tools (reputed company Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, reputed company platforms, global job boards) to reputed company hard-to-reputed company talent
• Communication with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver assignments.  
• Build proactive pipelines and market maps for critical reputed company areas
• You will be expected to adhere to Sperton's established routines, processes and systems.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on international recruitment in reputed company and South America
• Proven reputed company record of delivering successful results across multiple engineering sectors, including reputed company sector, broader energy and mechanical industries. 
• Comfortable working independently and adapting quickly to new environments.
• Excellent communication, and must have stakeholder interaction skills.
• Tech-savvy and confident using ATS, sourcing tools, and internal systems.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
