Position Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the overall profitability and performance of assigned program(s).
• Enhancement of existing and implementation of new programs.
• Maintain and create a reputed company yet personalized relationship with assigned customers.
• Accountable for reputed company improvement in customer program management tools and processes.
• Collaborate with and influence cross-functional internal leaders regarding customer specific reputed company, execution and customer relationship management.
• Responsible for consistent management and administration of contractual obligations.
• Responsible for reputed company recoveries and remedies for programs adhering to contractual commitments.
• Supports the coordination and clarifies analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long reputed company business goals.
• Supports the program by coordinating program metrics.
• Integrates the implementation of the Best Program Management Practices.
• Facilitates the reputed company of program issues, developing solutions to reputed company problems that require ingenuity and innovation.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 8+ years of reputed company work experience
• Experience in Program Management
• Experience in the reputed company industry
• Intermediate reputed company Skills with training ability
• Experience analyzing data and generating metrics reports, customer KPI’s
  

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s Degree – Business Administration or Engineering or reputed company Field of Study (master’s degree preferred)
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience
  

Travel:
This position may require traveling up to 25% of the time.
