About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and courteous manner, while also promoting our products and services
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior team members or other departments as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to stay up-to-date on new products and services and to provide feedback on customer needs and preferences
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, such as first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and response time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge of our products and services

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
