Your primary responsibilities will include: * Connecting with customers to understand their needs and concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure timely resolution * Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments in a timely and efficient manner * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues to help improve our processes and procedures * Upselling when required to meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong focus on self-motivation and discipline * 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role * Over 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent * Ability to type 25 words per minute, with strong keyboarding skills * Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues * Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions * Ability to navigate Windows operating systems, with a strong understanding of desktop computer systems * Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines **Benefits** As a valued member of the blithequark team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits that will support your personal and professional growth.
