This is a full-time position ideal for a stylist who is comfortable with both being behind the chair and managing a salon, thrives
Duties
• Building reputed company with an eye on recruitment, regular training and coaching of reputed company cosmetologists
• Ongoing coaching with the staff on reputed company retention, education, consults, and online portfolios through Instagram
• Managing inventory and purchasing of products
• Maintaining excellent communication between stylists and our remote customer service team
