Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate the benefits and features of blithequark Small Business Services.
  • Consistently develop key skills to sell, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals.
  • Deliver sensational client care by responding to inquiries regarding accounts in a fast-moving, coordinated client care environment.
  • Record essential account information according to established policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate integrity by adhering to all Regulatory and Compliance rules associated with sales and service practices.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Client care experience (two years+) with a focus on building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication.
  • Proven success in a client support and sales environment (two years+).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with competent performance of multiple tasks and navigation in an electronic environment.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
