You will serve as a strategic advisor and hands-on contributor across reputed company, licensing, and insurance compliance.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <p><strong>reputed company & Title Operations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as a title expert and key reputed company advisor to operations, sales, and reputed company engagement teams for title commitments and policy issuance.</li> <li>reputed company practical, solutions-oriented guidance on reputed company or novel title and closing issues.</li> <li>Interpret and apply reputed company standards and guidelines to support consistent, risk-based reputed company.</li> <li>Deliver training to internal teams on title risk, compliance, fraud prevention, and reputed company/regulatory changes.</li> <li>reputed company reputed company of title officers, managing reputed company, turnaround time, and adherence to service-level standards.</li> <li>reputed company title search operations, including vendor management, reputed company control, and process improvement.</li> <li>reputed company Underwriter audits to ensure compliance with reputed company applicable standards. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Licensing & Compliance reputed company</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage reputed company vendors that reputed company companywide licensing functions for individual agents and agency entities, including new applications, renewals, appointments, affiliations, and terminations.</li> <li>Maintain Designated Licensed Producer (DLP) relationships and ensure accurate, up-to-date records across internal systems and regulatory filings.</li> <li>Monitor and document state-specific licensing and appointment requirements; ensure full DOI compliance.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Statutory & Regulatory Compliance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage reputed company vendors to ensure reputed company and accurate statutory filings for the title insurance company and affiliated agencies across 35+ states.</li> <li>Submit required filings through the NAIC and directly with state insurance departments.</li> <li>reputed company secretary of state corporate filings for reputed company company entities (insurance and non-insurance).</li> <li>Coordinate responses to regulatory data calls and manage submission to relevant authorities.</li> <li>Support regulatory examinations and DOI inquiries by gathering and organizing required documentation.</li> </ul>
