Job Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound calls from cardholders, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintaining accurate customer information and resolving inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Authorizing sales and building relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Utilizing proficient computer skills to manage information and communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Occasionally meeting in person for training and collaboration, to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications and requirements:

  • 6+ months of customer service experience or military equivalent, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Residence within a 2 1/2 hour commute of Rapid City, SD, to facilitate occasional in-person meetings and training sessions
  • Proficiency using a computer, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • 18 years of age or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to undergo drug testing, background investigation, and fingerprinting, as part of our hiring process
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S., with a valid Social Security number and proof of citizenship or permanent residency

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be considered an asset:

  • 0-2 years of experience as a customer service representative in a related healthcare field, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices
  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences
