**Join Our Team**
As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to work with a global player base, providing technical advice and assistance to millions of players worldwide. You'll be a go-to expert for our free-to-play mobile games, managing player tickets and collaborating with diverse departments to resolve issues swiftly and seamlessly.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide technical support for our free-to-play mobile games across multiple platforms, managing player tickets with the help of support engineers
* Engage with a global player base, offering technical advice and assistance in a timely and effective manner
* Identify, prioritize, and resolve issues swiftly, collaborating with departments such as production, QA, design, programming, legal, and marketing
* Use your research skills to come up with solutions and enhance our support services
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our games and their technical requirements
* Communicate effectively with players, colleagues, and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
**Requirements**
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
* Excellent communication skills in German, both verbal and written
* Excellent communication skills in Russian, both verbal and written
* A knack for swiftly grasping technical concepts and explaining them to users with different levels of technical expertise
* Experience playing mobile games is preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field
* Strong technical skills, including knowledge of mobile gaming platforms and technologies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a customer support role for a mobile game development company
* Knowledge of German, English, and Russian languages
* Experience playing mobile games
* Certification in customer support or a related field
