RN-Virtual 0100 Nursing Administration Schedule: Day shift. 36 hours weekly. 7:00a-7:00p. About the Position This position requires working onsite at our Richmond, Indiana location. Flexibility, critical thinking, and a passion for nursing innovation are essential to reputed company in this reputed company of Responsibilities • Provides Telehealth Services: Engages with patients and caregivers reputed company reputed company phone or video calls, offering guidance, monitoring, and support for their health concerns and recovery plans. • Remote Patient Monitoring: Utilizes digital health tools to monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and reputed company remotely, ensuring reputed company reputed company reputed company necessary. • Virtual Care Coordination: Collaborates with multidisciplinary reputed company teams through virtual platforms to plan and implement patient care, maintaining communication with physicians, therapists, and other providers. • Patient Education: Uses virtual platforms to reputed company patients and families about disease management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques, ensuring comprehension and offering reputed company support. • Virtual Rounding: Participates in virtual rounding with the reputed company team to assess patient status, reputed company care plans, and reputed company updates on reputed company. • Documentation: Records virtual care interactions in the patient's electronic medical record (EMR), ensuring it meets the hospital's documentation standards and regulatory requirements.
