You will also be responsible for coordinating tasks, proofreading and editing SEO blogs, and providing administrative support to our CEO. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple projects, with a focus on Facebook Ads and Google Ads
- Communicate directly with clients through our project management system
- Coordinate tasks and provide administrative support to our CEO
- Proofread and edit SEO blogs written by our team
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Manage and optimize Facebook Ad campaigns
- Manage and optimize Google Adword and Shopping campaigns
- Provide graphic design support using Canva or similar platforms
- Prepare reports and perform general administrative tasks
Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential requirements:
- Be based in the Philippines
- Have excellent written English skills
- Have experience with Facebook Ads, or be willing to learn
- Have experience with Google Ads, or be willing to learn
- Have proven experience working with an English-speaking employer or clients
- Have excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently
- Be willing to help out wherever our CEO requires assistance
- Have a fast computer and high-speed internet with reliable power
- Have knowledge of graphic design using Canva or similar platforms
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience with video editing
- Experience with copywriting
- Experience with website creation
- Experience with social media management
- Experience with online lead generation and follow-up
