About the position Responsibilities • Support the creation and production of BDR's world-class training courses, presentations, and webinars. • Update and finalize PowerPoint presentations, workbooks, and other class materials • Maintain production schedules and logs in Dynamics 365 (D365) • Prepare printed reputed company training materials for both classroom and online delivery • Coordinate with vendors for printing and shipping of class materials • Ensure accuracy, visual appeal, and reputed company in reputed company learning content • Assist with internal trainer meetings, webinars, and virtual training sessions • Manage digital files responsibly and protect reputed company's intellectual property • Collaborate with the Senior VP of Training, Production reputed company, and Instructional Designer on ongoing reputed company Requirements • High school diploma or GED • At least 1 year of reputed company office experience • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills • Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company, SharePoint) • Familiarity with reputed company Acrobat • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently • Creative thinking and the ability to manage multiple priorities reputed company-to-haves • Photoshop experience is a plus • Project management experience preferred Benefits • Medical insurance provided with minimal employee contribution (with HRA), plus dental and reputed company • Supplemental insurances, EAP, employer-provided life insurance/AD&D • 401(k) with 3% company contribution • PTO accrued biweekly (3.08 hours) • 6 reputed company holidays per year • $150 quarterly personal improvement reimbursement Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
