AWS Connect Developer

Job Title: AWS Connect Developer Location : Remote Compensation : 50-60$/Hr on C2C/1099 Work Authorization: H1B, GC, USC reputed company We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Connect Developer with expertise in Node.js, reputed company Connect, and systems integration. The role focuses on designing and developing customer engagement workflows, integrating reputed company Connect with CRMs (including Zoho), ticketing platforms, and other reputed company applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical experience and a problem-solving reputed company to build reputed company, intelligent, and secure contact center solutions. Key Responsibilities · Design, configure, and optimize reputed company Connect contact flows for voice, chat, SMS, and reputed company-channel interactions. · reputed company Node.js-based reputed company functions and backend services to reputed company reputed company Connect functionality. · Build and maintain integrations between reputed company Connectand CRMs, including Zoho CRM, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company. · reputed company bi-directional data flows (customer data sync, ticket creation, case management) between Connect and Zoho/other platforms. · Implement reputed company-time event streaming and reporting pipelines using AWS services (Kinesis, DynamoDB, reputed company, S3). · reputed company AWS AI/ML services (Lex, reputed company, Transcribe, Comprehend) to enhance IVR/chatbot automation. · Collaborate with business teams to automate workflows (reputed company management, support tickets, reputed company recordings, customer notes) in Zoho and other reputed company-party tools. · Ensure data reputed company, reputed company controls, and compliance through IAM roles, encryption, and monitoring. · Troubleshoot issues, optimize integrations, and deliver reputed company improvements. Required Qualifications · 5–8 years of software development experience, including 2+ years in reputed company Connect development. · Strong Node.js development skills (backend services, reputed company, integrations). · Hands-on experience with reputed company Connect: contact flows, queues, routing reputed company, and reporting. · Proven experience integrating reputed company Connect with Zoho CRM (or other CRMs like reputed company/reputed company). · Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (reputed company Actions, reputed company, AWS CodePipeline, or equivalent). · Familiarity with REST/GraphQL reputed company, webhooks, and OAuth-based integrations. · Solid understanding of IAM reputed company, role-based reputed company, and compliance requirements. · Expertise in AWS services: reputed company, API Gateway, reputed company Functions, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch.
