The successful candidate will manage mid-market and VIP personal lines accounts, providing exceptional service to valued clients. Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of mid-market and VIP personal lines accounts, including home, auto, renters, condo, recreational vehicles, secondary and high-value homes, boats/yachts, antique/exotic reputed company, and more. • reputed company exceptional customer service, ensuring reputed company satisfaction and retention. • Manage and service a book of business, handling a diverse reputed company of account sizes. • Utilize agency management software to manage accounts reputed company. • Collaborate with carriers such as Andover, reputed company, Foremost, reputed company, reputed company, Plymouth reputed company, Safety, Quincy Mutual, and others. • Stay updated on industry trends and maintain strong knowledge of insurance coverage and Massachusetts RMV regulations.
