Clinical Support Coordinator
A company is looking for a Clinical Support Coordinator for their 1st Shift team, working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage requests from client hospitals and physicians to ensure excellence in patient care
• Communicate effectively with hospital staff and physicians to facilitate timely patient care
• Provide Tier 1 technical support and coordinate necessary paperwork and video conferencing setups
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required
• At least one year of experience in a call center, healthcare, or IT environment
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and collaboration tools
• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced remote work environment
