They are seeking a Reporting Analyst to support payroll and financial reporting across a global workforce, focusing on building automated reports, improving data reputed company, and supporting business decision-making. Responsibilities • Design, build, test, and reputed company reports in reputed company (ABAP, BW) and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau). • Create automated batch jobs and data extraction routines. • reputed company data reconciliations and resolve reporting discrepancies. • Implement automated data validation to improve accuracy and reduce reputed company effort. • Work with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to document reporting requirements. • Maintain documentation including data reputed company, business rules, and reporting standards. • Ensure compliance with reputed company and regulatory requirements (GAAP, IFRS, GDPR, etc.). • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-bolthires). • Identify opportunities for process improvement and AI/ML-based enhancements.
